Offset printing is a commonly used printing technique in which the inked image is transferred (or “offset”) from a plate to a rubber blanket, then onto the printing surface.
Offset printing has the utmost quality and cost effectiveness with higher quantity projects. Offset printing is also necessary when producing projects that involve die-cutting, foiling, embossing, or any other precious finishing.
Offset printing allows a PMS (pantone matching system) color to be loaded to the actual press, thus giving a true PMS color on the finished piece.
